- Porches and conservatories installation
- Repairs and maintenance services
- Glass replacement services
Refunds may be issued for cancellations, service failures, or errors in billing, subject to the terms outlined below.
Cancellation by Customer
- Customers may cancel services prior to the agreed installation date.
- Written notice of cancellation is required via email or post.
- Refund eligibility depends on timing:
- Cancellations made 3 days or more before installation: full refund of deposit.
- Cancellations made after this period: the deposit may be retained to cover preparatory costs and materials purchased.
- Custom orders or bespoke services may have specific non-refundable terms, which will be communicated at the time of the order.
Service Issues and Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with our service due to errors, defective workmanship, or product issues, please contact us within 14 days of service completion.
The Company will investigate the issue promptly and may offer:
- Correction or replacement of defective products
- A partial refund proportional to the issue
- A full refund in cases of material breach of contract or failure to deliver agreed services
Refunds will only be processed after verification of the issue by our technical team.
