Terms and Conditions

Effective from: 1st February 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including the supply, installation, and maintenance of windows, doors, porches, and conservatories in Wolverhampton and surrounding areas. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Definitions

“Company” refers to Best Glazing Solutions.

“Customer” refers to the person or entity engaging our services.

“Services” refers to the supply, installation, repair, replacement, or maintenance of windows, doors, porches, and conservatories.

“Contract” refers to the agreement formed between the Company and Customer for provision of Services.

“Materials” refers to all products, glazing units, frames, doors, windows, and associated components supplied by the Company.

Quotations and Acceptance

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Quotes are based on information provided by the Customer and subject to site survey confirmation.

Acceptance of a quote may be made verbally, via email, or written confirmation.

Once accepted, the quote forms part of the Contract.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated.
  • A deposit of [Insert %] may be required prior to commencement of works.
  • Full payment is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may incur interest at [Insert Rate] per annum in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
  • The Company reserves the right to amend pricing in case of changes to materials or scope of works.

Customer Responsibilities

  • The Customer must provide access to the property at agreed times.
  • The Customer must disclose relevant information regarding property structure or potential hazards.
  • The Customer is responsible for removing personal items or obstructions in the work area.
  • Failure to provide access may result in delays or additional charges.

Installation and Service

  • The Company will perform installations with reasonable skill and care according to industry standards.
  • Lead times are estimates; the Company will make reasonable efforts to complete work promptly.
  • Changes to agreed specifications must be confirmed in writing and may incur additional charges.
  • All installations comply with UK Building Regulations and Health & Safety requirements.

Warranties and Guarantees

  • Materials supplied are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.
  • The Company provides a workmanship guarantee for [Insert Period] from installation date.
  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or acts of nature.
  • Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.

Repairs and Maintenance

  • Maintenance advice will be provided to ensure product longevity and compliance with warranty conditions.
  • The Company is not liable for pre-existing defects unrelated to its services.

Cancellation and Termination

  • Personal information will only be used to provide services, process payments, and communicate updates.
  • Customer consent is required for marketing communications, which may be withdrawn at any time.

Intellectual Property

  • All materials, images, designs, and content provided by the Company remain the property of Best Glazing Solutions.
  • Customers may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Company content without prior written consent.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  • Complaints should be submitted in writing to the Company within 14 days of service.
  • The Company will respond within 7 working days and aim to resolve disputes amicably.
  • Unresolved disputes may be escalated through the UK Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) schemes or court proceedings.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

  • The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Updated versions will be posted on the Company website and will apply to new and ongoing contracts.
